Every year the range of hard, frost-resistant porcelain tiles expands, the processing of which becomes more and more complicated. To cut and drill these materials, you need a high-speed tool.
Keramik Baumesser Pro vacuum drills are high-speed drills for all types of ceramic and porcelain tiles. The high-strength diamond, fixed in a solid bond, forms developed cutting micro-cutters that effectively penetrate the ceramic material.
The average speed for drilling 10 mm thick porcelain tiles with an angle grinder is 7 seconds (5-15 seconds depending on the hardness of the material). It is recommended to set the angle grinder speed in the range of 8,000-11,000 rpm.
Drilling must be carried out dry with oscillating movements, avoiding pressure on the drill.
It is produced in the diameter range of 6 to 120 mm for 115 and 125 mm angle grinders.
