TRANSPARENT FLUID ADHESIVE

COMPOSITION

COMPONENT A: epoxy resin
density 1.10 g/cm3
viscosity 0.5 Pas
COMPONENT B: mixture of catalytic agents containing cycloaliphatic amine adducts
density 1.01 g/cm3
viscosity 0.1 Pas

APPLICATIONS
Permanent bonding of marble, natural stone to each other or to other supports (metals, cement, terracotta, etc.).

MIXING RATIO
Epoxy adhesives/binders require exact mixing proportions by weight between component A (resin) and component B (resin).
component B (hardener) and, in this case
COMPONENT A : COMPONENT B = 100 : 50
(for example: 1 kg of component A mixed with 0.5 kg of component B)

PACKAGING
EXTRA EPOXY CTR component A can kg. 0.800; can kg. 10, can kg. 20
EXTRA EPOXY CTR component B can kg. 0.400; can kg. 5, can kg. 10
SURFACE PREPARATION
The parts to be treated and/or glued must be porous, dry and free from dust and foreign matter.

MIXING
Mix in the proportions indicated in MIXING RATIO until perfectly homogeneous.

APPLICATION
With a spatula or by spreading. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C.
An application temperature between +10°C and +30°C is recommended.

THICKNESS
The best adhesive characteristics are obtained with glue thicknesses of 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
CONSUMPTION
250-700 g/m².

POLYMERIZATION
The polymerization rate increases with temperature, which, however, must not be below 10°C.

HARDENING
65 minutes in bulk; 190 minutes in under layer
